At the heart of our operation is a magnificent, 40 foot tall, 36-inch copper beer still, complemented by copper condensers and a doubler, ensuring the purest and most flavorful bourbon distilled. With 15 state-of-the-art fermenters in action, our capacity is nothing short of impressive, producing up to 50,000 barrels of signature bourbon and, rye whiskey, each year. Guiding our mission is Jacob Call, an 8th generation Kentuckian distiller, who oversees every nuanced step as our Master Distiller. By November of the same year, Jacob firmly joined the mission. Their dream became a reality during the momentous groundbreaking on November 8, 2022, marking the beginning of a new era.
